Yes. The main focus is whole HDB flats, whole condo units and landed homes because the effort is similar to room rental but the commission and long-term landlord relationship are usually stronger. Room rental support is still available as a secondary service.

Only eligible owners should proceed with whole-flat rental. Singapore Citizen flat owners generally need to fulfil the Minimum Occupation Period and obtain HDB approval before the tenancy starts. Singapore Permanent Resident flat owners are not allowed to rent out the whole flat.
